Dan is a Mortgage Consultant with the goal of integrating mortgages into individual financial plans. His expertise is evident in meetings with Clients, listening carefully to derive the information required to formulate recommendations and options. Dan’s industry knowledge provides education for the Client, advising them on course of action. The result of this very personalized service is a custom-fit mortgage to fulfill unique needs with first homes, move-up homes, vacation retreats, and investment property.
Dan is associated with Diversified Capital Funding, one of the largest mortgage brokers in Northern California. Their high volume of loans demands the best rates, terms, and programs from numerous Lenders in California, providing Dan with options and flexibility when determining recommendations for Clients. His main office is in Belmont, and he will be meeting with Clients in several regional offices around the SF Bay Area, including Los Altos and Campbell.
Formerly, Dan was with Diablo Funding Group, and prior, with Cherry Creek Mortgage. In his previous business & finance career, Dan was successful as a senior executive and general manager in the San Francisco Bay Area. He contributed to some of the best and largest companies in their industry, including McKesson, ADP, and culminating with eleven years at Visa International. His success is built with focus on product quality, P&L accountability, and exceptional customer service. Dan joined Diversified Capital Funding for the same reasons: they are a leader in the industry and possess shared values.
Dan has lived in Belmont with his family for the past 25-years. The bulk of his business is on the SF Peninsula and San Jose, although he advises Clients throughout California.
Dan is a member of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers, the California Association of Mortgage Brokers, the San Mateo County Association Of Realtors, and the Belmont Chamber of Commerce.
